How we work
- Documents before enthusiasm. We check before we promote, not after.
- Original documents stay in our office custody; clients carry verified copies against a signed undertaking.
- Our brokerage is due after registration — we are paid when the work is finished.
- We say no to properties we cannot stand behind, including when it costs us a deal.
